Returns and Refunds
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
All custom jewelry/grillz sales are final. Custom orders are nonrefundable and cannot be cancelled. Once an order has been placed and paid for, the order cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded. This includes any custom products or services.
In the event that we are unable to fulfill an order, we will issue a full refund to the customer. This may occur in situations where we are unable to complete a custom order due to technical difficulties, lack of materials, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and issue the refund using the original payment method.
If there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address any concerns or issues you may have.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or other evidence of the defect or damage in order to determine the cause and severity of the issue. At our discretion, we may offer to remake the product at no additional cost to you, or issue a partial refund.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a request for a remake or refund if we determine that the product was damaged as a result of mishandling or misuse.
